Fits in area below corner of the windshield. Is part of 379-1570-L, lower windshield corner/cowl patch set but can be purchased separately and is usually combined with 375-1570-L/R, A pillar/ windshield post which will give more coverage than the patch set alone. If you just have rust in the area below the corners of your windshield then the patch kit usually solves the problem. If you also have rust in the windshield trough then use this piece along with the A pillar/winshield post piece.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
