Delivery Information

Product Information and Availability

Our website is regularly updated based on current warehouse inventory. Moparts will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site.

All products are listed for sale in good faith. However, occasionally products become temporarily or permanently unavailable without prior notice from the supplier. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier, you will be contacted to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order being shipped.

Backordered Items

Occasionally, some orders are backordered of become out of stock at the time of shipping. We endeavour to ship any backordered items as quickly as they become available. Please monitor your weekly Order Update email, sent every Sunday, for the most current status of your backordered item. 

Submitting Your Order

Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If your order is being shipped to a place of business, please include the business name.

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. Customers are liable for the freight charges BOTH WAYS if an order is undeliverable to the address submitted to us and returned to sender. We will recover these charges if the address was submitted to us incorrectly BEFORE re-shipping the product to the corrected address.

Your Moparts order confirmation email will contain details of the shipping time that you can expect for the items that you ordered.  You will also receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.  After shipping, please allow 12 to 14 business days to receive your item.  Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on the time of year.

Please note that as per our shipping partners' policies, deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options through our storefront. 

Standard Delivery

Moparts uses UPS and Canada Post as standard delivery shipping methods.  Shipping rates are based on weight, size and location of delivery.  We do not use Postal Mail for delivery of any items, as it is not trackable nor insurable.

Express Delivery

We offer express delivery of your order, either as a partial order or once complete.  Please contact us at 855.444.6872 for more information on express options.

Package Protection

Each order is charged an insurance fee of $2.00 per $100 of the order subtotal, known as Package Protection. This fee will insure the entire order and protect you completely from damages or loss. Package Protection is not optional.
