My RMA closed but I haven’t sent my product back yet. What’s going on?

Anytime an RMA is updated by our returns department, you will receive an email with an update so you are kept up to date with the status of your return. Most of the time, an RMA will automatically close if pictures are requested, but not received within 48 hours at the time of the request or the product has not been returned to us within 14 days of the approval date. Check your email for the latest update on your RMA status.
