DRIVEN BY CARE

Why does my delivery date / ETA keep changing?

If you order a product that is not in stock, this item will be given an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).  The ETA's are provided to us by the manufacturer.  The date you see is the date that we expect to receive the product at our warehouse.  Once received, we will ship it to you.

Sometimes the manufacturer changes the expected arrival date.  This can be due to things like extended holidays, delays in productions, environmental issues, or even a global pandemic.

If the expected arrival date changes, you will be notified by email.
